At Namely Newborns we make your shopping experience hassle free. We accept phone orders at no additional charge and will gladly walk you through an on-line order from begining to end. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discovery. Corporate customers can set up purchase orders and monthly invoicing.

I have an account but cannot log-in. What should I do?

Answer: Make sure that you are entering the correct email address and password. You may also click on the forgot password  link and enter your email address to have a temporary password emailed to you (within 1 - 15 minutes) so you can login and reset your password. If you still have a problem logging in, please contact us at info@namelynewborns.com or call 800-709-0045.

What if I forgot my Password?

Answer: Click on the log in button, click on forgot password and type in your email address. A new password will be sent to your email address. Once you log back in you can go to "My Account" to change your password.

How do I edit and update my account information?

Answer: Simply log in, go to "my account" and edit your information. Then click "update"

Can you buy directly from our workshop?

We are available M-F by appointment only at 7344 S.W. 48 St. Suite 102 Miami, Fl 33155. Call our local number 305-979-9357 for an appointment.

All products are embroidered by machine in our workshops and are visible from the reverse side.

Many handcrafted items require extra time and are shipped directly from the crafter's workshop. If another gift is ordered with a drop shipped handcrafted item, it is shipped separately and the recipient is notified that a special gift has been ordered and will arrive separately.

What does a gift recipient receive if I don't pay for gift wrapping? A standard card with your message, tissue and a $10 gift certificate.

When will I receive my purchase?
In the continental U.S. we ship by 2-3 day priority mail within  5-7 business days from order date for personalized non-customed orders. Orders received between Monday-Thursday will ship within 5 business days. Rush Embroidery is available for $20 on many items.The item will be embroiderd within 2-3 business days.Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost and can be paid for during the checkout process. Orders can be shipped overnight within the continental U.S ONLY. International orders including Canada ship by U.S.P.S. 1 st class mail and not available for overnight shipping. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska up to 11 ounces ship by priority mail. Over 11 ounces ship by U.S.P.S. 1 st class mail. Custom items have individual shipping times which are noted in their description.

Will I know when my order has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent from USPS.com to the customer on the day the item has been shipped. You should receive your order within 2-3 days.

How do I care for my embroidered purchase?
We recommend washing in cool water and dry on low. We also recommend washing all new items before use.All embroiderery is visible from the back side. All Bearington Bear delicate crochet blankets must be washed by hand and dried flat.We also recommend special care on cashmere blankets.

Returns Policy

Please note that all custom/personalized, monogrammed and sale items are non-refundable. If monogramming or name(s) are incorrect due to our error, we will correct the error and reship at our cost. Please check all names, birthdates and information carefully before submitting your order.

If you have received an incorrectly monogrammed gift, please call us. If it is our error, we will correct it and refund your shipping cost immediately. If the name or date has been incorrectly submitted by the customer, we are most happy to correct it, but shipping and correction costs will be charged additionally. All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they have not been used. You will receive a credit note or gift certificate (if requested) to use against future purchases. Please contact us regarding items not received and we will assist you with the tracking. Once the order is marked by USPS as "delivered", it is your reponsibility and we will not be able to assist further in tracking or providing refunds.

7.0% sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to an address within the State of Florida.
