Returns PolicyPlease note that all custom/personalized, monogrammed and sale items are non-refundable. If monogramming or name(s) are incorrect due to our error, we will correct the error and reship at our cost. Please check all names, birthdates and information carefully before submitting your order. If you have received an incorrectly monogrammed gift, please call us. If it is our error, we will correct it and refund your shipping cost immediately. If the name or date has been incorrectly submitted by the customer, we are most happy to correct it, but shipping and correction costs will be charged additionally.
