It has holes for seat belts to secure baby safely in his carseat or stroller. It unzips totally and can be used as a changing mat or playtime mat on grandma's floor. Handmade by an Australian artist and embroidered with one or two names at an additional charge. Available in red which reverses to blue with an aquarium motif as shown or lavender which reverses to a darker purple with a kaola bear motif. The kaola bear is black and white surrounded by a green eucaplytus branch. Opened the blanket is 33 by 33 and zipped it is 33 inches long by 16 inches wide. Perfectly cozy for a baby up to 12 months.
